Send us the pickup and delivery addresses, a short description of the item and your preferred date. Include the quantity, size and any special requirements, such as a fragile item or several stops. If you don’t have every detail yet, start a conversation and we’ll work through it together.
An envelope, a bouquet and several parcels from a shop need different arrangements. We therefore review the details with you and confirm the price and delivery time before setting off.
Same-day delivery pricing
For delivery today, tell us when the item will be ready for collection and when you need it to arrive. We’ll check the route and availability using those details. A time selected on the website is a request; the final time is agreed with us on WhatsApp.
For an urgent document or parcel, choose urgent same-day delivery and include the requested arrival time. That lets us consider the deadline from your first message.
Delivery within a city or between cities
We deliver throughout Israel. For a quote within a city or between cities, send both full addresses. If there are several pickup or delivery points, list them all and tell us whether they need to be visited in a specific order.

Quotes for business deliveries
Shops, offices and delis can contact us about a single delivery or a route serving several customers. Tell us what you’re sending, how many stops there are and when the orders will be ready. For recurring deliveries, describe your regular needs so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
